So if, after 2 months (60 days) of getting your resume from us, you have no interviews lined up (and have had none since receiving the resume) simply email us with your order number, and we'll contact you with a new, re-written resume.

An "interview" is assumed to be any and all interactive contact from a recruiter, employer, hiring agent or company that came about as a result of sending them your resume. This contact includes email, phone, or personal correspondence or interaction. The guarantee constitutes up to, but not exceeding, two separate rounds of rewrites.
