My entire career has revolved arund helping others achieve their employment and career goals. It started in 1992 as a young college student working for a local NPO offering free assistance to military members, veterans, and military spouses with the job search process. We wrote resumes, cover letters, federal resumes, thank you notes, and helped the community fill their vacancies.

I slowly worked my way up from Career Counselor to Director of the organization; unfortunately the State of Illinois removed funding.

I continued the same path of success working remotely for a Resume Writing Company in Georgia. During this time I obtained my certification as a Master Military Resume Writer. I received great feedback and obtained a 99.6% customer rating.

My career continued to expand into a Facilitator role with the Department of Labor. I travled the country teaching a 3-day military transition workshop. Facilitating classroom guidance on career progression, resiliency, LinkedIn optimization, interviewing, dress for success. and salary negotiation.

In 2010, I left both roles to accept a federal position working with the US Air Force. My role is the Employment Program Manager for Scott AFB.

I offer nearly 20 individual career coaching and resume reviews each month. Additionally, I create employment related curriculums and facilitate workshops.
